Discovery & Brief
We begin with your vision. Product type, target market, ingredient preferences, claims, packaging format, we define the scope and align expectations before any lab work begins.
Formulation & Testing Samples
Our chemists develop initial testing samples. You receive samples for evaluation, and we refine the formula until it delivers on performance, quality, and stability. Sample adjustments are included within the scope of the project framework. Beyond the second iteration, a per-batch sample charge applies for additional rounds.
Testing & Documentation
Stability testing, microbiological challenge tests, and safety assessments are completed. We compile the full Product Information File to ensure your product is fully documented and compliant. Some mandatory tests which are required, are completed by third parties that we work with. We will advise of what tests are required for your products.
Packaging Compatibility
Once the formula is tested and approved, we move to packaging compatibility testing. You supply samples of your chosen packaging, which we test in our stability and climate chambers to ensure the formula and container work together. For production quantities of 2,500 units or more, we will also require a test run of empty units to set up our filling lines. Depending on the packaging type, there may also be one-time mould fees required to suit the packaging.

Manufacturing runs in our GMP-certified facility. Every batch undergoes in-process checks and final quality control before approval for filling.
Filling, Packing & Delivery
Product is filled, labelled, and packed to your specifications. We coordinate dispatch to your warehouse or fulfilment partner, shelf-ready and fully documented.
